All public npm packages in the publish graph (@getrheo/contracts, @getrheo/flow-runtime, @getrheo/flow-ui-state, @getrheo/renderer-core, @getrheo/attribution, @getrheo/react, @getrheo/react-native-*, @getrheo/rheo-skill, @getrheo/cli) ship as 3.0.0. Platform apps and example repos pin the same version.

• Major semver marks the new public baseline; install snippets and docs should target 3.0.0 going forward.
• Prefer upgrading all @getrheo/* packages together — do not mix 2.x and 3.x in one app.
