Core concepts
Workspace
Your team's Rheo account—membership, billing, and the boundary that owns your apps.
Purpose
A workspace is your team's Rheo account. Everything billable and permissioned rolls up here. End users of your mobile app are customers inside each app—not workspace members.
What a workspace includes
- Apps — Product containers with flows, channels, and SDK keys.
- Members — Teammates with roles (owner, admin, editor, viewer).
- Billing — Subscription tier and monthly active user (MAU) limits.
- Shared media — Assets reusable across apps in the workspace.
Where to manage it in the dashboard
| Area | Navigation |
|---|---|
| Rename workspace | Account → Workspace |
| Members & invites | Account → Members |
| Plans & billing | Account → Billing |
| Rollout approvals policy | Account → Approvals (Scale+) |
| App list | Apps (sidebar) |

Plans and limits
Workspace plan entitlements cap apps, channels per environment, seats, live MAU, experiments, AI features, integrations, and rollout approvals. Indie workspaces receive usage alerts as you approach MAU limits. See Plans & entitlements.
