Notifications
In-dashboard alerts for experiments, rollout comments, and flow collaboration.
Overview
The notification bell in the dashboard top bar surfaces operational and collaboration events. Notifications are workspace-scoped. Opening one marks it read and takes you to the relevant experiment, rollout request, or flow comment thread.
Notification types
| Type | When it appears | Where it takes you |
|---|---|---|
| Experiment ended — pick a winner | A scheduled experiment reaches its end date and needs a decision | Experiment detail page |
| Rollout comment mention | Someone mentions you on a rollout request | Rollout request on the channel |
| New flow comment | A new comment thread starts on a flow you follow | Flow editor with the thread open |
| Flow comment mention | Someone mentions you in a flow comment | Flow editor at the message |
| Flow comment reply | Someone replies on a thread you participate in | Flow editor at the reply |
Experiment-ended notifications include the channel name and whether the environment is test or live.
How to use notifications
- Click the bell in the top bar. An unread count appears as a badge when you have new items.
- Select a notification to open the linked page. Rheo marks it read automatically.
- Use Mark all read to clear the unread count.
Email vs in-dashboard alerts
The notification bell is in-dashboard only. Product email preferences — Rheo's internal onboarding tips and product updates for workspace users — are managed separately on Account → Personal. End-user email from your flows is configured in the flow builder, not here.
Who receives notifications
All workspace members with access to the relevant flows or channels may receive collaboration notifications based on their activity — for example, mentions, threads they follow, or experiments they manage.
